Ruth O’Hagan recently attended the screening of Blue Road - The Edna O’Brien Story for Scariff Bay Community Radio. After the screening Ruth interviewed the Documentary Film’s Director/Writer Sinead O’Shea and Cinematographer Richard Kendrick along with several journalists, film critics and audience members to bring their views and perspectives on the film to the listeners of Scariff Bay Community Radio. What follows is a fascinating feature filled with opinions, thoughts and love for both the film and for Edna. Scariff Bay Community Radio is a station run 100% by volunteers from all over East Clare who give freely of their time each week to create content for the people of East Clare and beyond to listen to.
